A SEA of pink washed over the area as more than 1,000 women walkers stepped out for St Barnabas House’s annual Night to Remember midnight walk.
Participants selected to walk either seven miles, a half marathon of 13.1 miles or 20 miles and raised more than £143,000 for the charity, which provides hospice care across Worthing, Adur, Arun and Henfield.
The women began the walk at midnight on Saturday after warming up at Worthing Leisure Centre.
Those who undertook the new 20 mile course walked along the coast of Worthing, Lancing and Shoreham while taking in iconic sights including Worthing Pier and The Dome.
