SOAP FANS will associate her with vet Zoe Tate, the Emmerdale character that she played for 16 years.

But there is far more to Leah Bracknell than her years in Yorkshire.

The 49-year-old, who moved to Worthing a year ago, now combines acting with a career in yoga teaching, Shamanic healing and Reiki.

On Tuesday (September 24) she will host a relaxation morning at the Highdown Vineyard, to raise money for the Worthing Churches Homeless Project.

Ms Bracknell said: “It will be a morning full of relaxation, meditation, breathing techniques and will include some light yoga.

“It is all about learning to de-stress and having strategies that people can learn to apply on their own.

“This fun and gentle workshop you will experience soothing yoga techniques, guided relaxations and meditations, explore mindfulness techniques and breathing exercises.”
