Is it just me?
Am I the only regular user of the Grove Lodge roundabout suffering as a result of incomprehensible road lane markings?
Several friends have expressed concern and the feeling that one is taking one’s life into one’s hands in using this roundabout. There are daily bouts of road rage, barging and potentially dangerous driving.
As this is part of the major south coast trunk road I feel sorry for long distance travellers who have to fight through unacceptable queues of traffic in the approach to this roundabout only to find such a poor and dangerous system of lane control.
We locals have enough difficulty. I urge others who are finding difficulty to contact our local MP Tim Loughton, he has only had one contact from a resident.
This surely is now time for a by pass, as a matter of urgency.
