Help celebrate Animal Day

World Animal Day – Tuesday, October 4 – started in 2003 and now has 90 ambassadors working in 76 countries around the globe to raise the status of animals and improve welfare.

From individuals and children’s clubs to community groups and organisations, people run or support events in celebration of World Animal Day, in order to increase animal awareness and educate for a world where animals are always recognised as sentient beings worthy of respect and fellow-feeling.
