Lauren’s Bravo’s resolution in the Herald of January 9 to keep on running is great.
A journey is achieved by taking the first step and then another. Targets are personal. Running is the best method of getting fit, toning up and losing fat. To begin with running is not easy but it gets easier. We are all able to run (provided there is no underlying medical issue).
Ways of making it easier are:
:: run with a running partner,
:: join a running group or club,
:: keep a running log,
:: use an app on your smart phone to measure and record your runs.
