Near misses

In common with many residents in Worthing, I have had many near misses from bikers racing around on the pavement. Maybe it is time to amend the slogan Think Bike to think pedestrian.

Also, the law should be enforced with all its might to get these people riding in the road where they belong.

Additionally, they should be compelled to have insurance, road tax, and a means whereby we innocent pedestrians can identify those who seek to harm pedestrians when there is a near-miss - or worse. Maybe our MP should take up the cudgels on our behalf.
