Have you taken photographs you're proud of?

We're always interested in readers' photographs here at the Herald and Gazette series.

Whether it's an event, stunning view, wildlife, pets, a news story or just something fun we would like to see it and maybe your picture will appear online or even in the newspaper.

Videos are also welcome.

Just email pictures (1MB or less please) to letters@worthingherald.co.uk with your name, information about the photograph and your contact details.

You can also send pictures from your mobile phone.

Just text WHPICS (space) any other details (max 160 characters), attach your photograph via MMS and send to 07843 500911.

To arrange to send in videos telephone Sarah Booker on 01903 282356.
