KWASH chairman Tom Wye has handed over the lengthy petition, calling for Worthing Hospital to keep its A&E and maternity departments.
More than 100,000 have signed a petition against the primary care trust's plans to downgrade Worthing and Southlands.

Thousands of people have also written in to West Sussex Primary Care Trust to voice their concerns about the "Fit for the Future" consultation, which finishes on November 14.

Click here to see how Worthing, Adur and Arun have responded so far.

Worthing Borough Council is holding a public meeting at the Assembley Hall on Thursday, November 1, at 7pm for people to share their views about the consultation before the council submits its comments.

Keep an eye on the website for more updates including digital reporter Sarah Dale's video report from the KWASH campaign trip to London.
