YOUNGSTERS at Durrington Middle School have some new sports equipment after collecting thousands of supermarket vouchers.
Pupils at the Salvington Road school collected around 16,000 Sainsbury's Active Kids vouchers before they broke up for the summer holidays.
Staff from the Sainsbury's store at Lyons Farm officially handed over the equipment to PE co-ordinators Laura O'Connor and Tom Rayment on Friday, September 12.
The equipment includes footballs, cones, keep fit ankle-balls, pom-poms for dancing and a Velcro target screen.
