DEDICATED Linda Flint was the centre of attention as she celebrated working at a Worthing pre-school for 25 years.
Linda, 57, has worked at Offington Park Pre-School in South Farm Road for so long that she has seen her children and grandchildren attend the school.

Last month, Linda was presented with flowers, balloons, a homemade cake and cards made by the children to mark the milestone.

Pre-school manager Amy Gould said: "Linda is an extremely valued member of staff who demonstrates the commitment that the pre-school provides to the children in our care. Linda has given so much to the pre-school over the years and we all congratulate her on her 25-year anniversary."

Mother-of-three Linda, who lives in Worthing, was asked if she could help out at the pre-school to cover staff shortages in 1983, when she attended the neighbouring mother and toddler group.

In 1996, she became a full-time supervisor and soon after, was made a pre-school assistant, a role she still holds now.
