A DAY of pampering to raise money for charity will take place at the Vanilla Rooms, East Street, Shoreham.
Sarah Lund, the owner of the Vanilla Rooms, is holding an open day from 10am to 6pm on Sunday, October 12, to introduce Shoreham residents to rejuvenating and healing therapies.

Guests will receive free treatments and a glass of wine with all donations going to Dogs Trust.

Sarah became interested in massage while working in Asia and when she returned to the UK she started studying other therapies including Reiki and Indian head massage.

Dog lover, Sarah said: "I've travelled the world and lived in the East but now I've found Shoreham and I love being part of the local community.

"People pay absurd amounts of money for some new 'miracle' cream but the answer to so many health and beauty problems lies in the natural world."

Naomi Tucker, of the Shoreham Dogs Trust kennels, said: "It is wonderful to know there are lovely people out there who will give up their Sunday for the dogs.

"We hope that maybe one or two people might even be persuaded to give a dog a home."

Vanilla Rooms' pampering beauty treatments can be sampled individually or – for the ultimate treat – combined in an indulgence package.
