WORTHING Football Club will meet Horsham in the Brighton Charity Cup final after a 2-0 win at County League Ringmer in the semi-finals on Tuesday (April 24).
Jamie Brotherton gave Worthing the lead on 70 minutes when he pounced to score after Ringmer keeper Tom Rand had saved efforts from both Steve Davies and Mike Huckett.
Tom Lawley sealed the win late on when his long-range shot dipped in.
Huckett and Steve Metcalf had Rebels’ best chances in the first half, while Marc Whiteman went closest for Ringmer when he shot wide.
The date of the final has yet to be confirmed, although it is likely to be at Woodside Road on Wednesday evening (May 2).
