WORTHING Football Club welcome what they expect to be a virtually full-strength Brighton & Hove Albion side to Woodside Road tonight (Wednesday).

Rebels themselves will have a fairly depleted side with Tom Manton and Matt Piper ruled out through injury, while new signing Scott Tipper is a major doubt after the striker picked up a calf knock in training on Monday.

Paul Kennett is away on holiday, while Nick Sullivan is also unavailable. But Rebels boss Chris White is hoping to have a former Rebel, who has been training with the side this week, bank in the ranks with a view to signing this week.

White said: “It’s a great game for the club and it’s great to have it back as it’s very important financially.

“It’s a spectacle and I know the lads are all looking forward to it as am I.”

Kick-off is 7.45pm. For anyone that can’t make the match, we will have live and interactive coverage on our site from 7pm.
