WORTHING Raiders Rugby Club’s top-of-the-table match at Henley Hawks in National 2 South today (March 23) has been postponed owing to a waterlogged pitch.
The game was called off after a morning pitch inspection and, subject to confirmation by the NCA, will now be played on May 4.
Before then, Raiders face Southend (March 30, home), Clifton (April 6, away), Taunton Titans (April 13, home) and Cornish All Blacks (April 20, away).
The postponement keeps leaders Worthing, who have played a game more, seven points ahead of second-placed Henley.
Third-placed Redruth travel to Dings Crusaders this afternoon and fourth-placed Hartpury College host Lydney.
