WOULD the businessman cyclist who tapped me on my shoulder and told me to move out of his way on Broadwater bridge early on Wednesday morning please remember it is a footpath intended for pedestrians, not cyclists.
He was most agitated that I was listening to music with headphones on my personal music system.

Therefore, I had not heard him telling me to get out of his way.

While I actually don't mind sharing the pavement with polite, careful cyclists (as
I am aware how dangerous it is cycling on roads), I really think tapping my shoulder and yelling at me to turn my music down so I could hear him coming is pushing it!

I have no doubt we will bump into each other again as we were both on our way to work, so next time may I suggest you get off your bike and walk or use the road.
