HMV shop in Worthing? Personally, I can't wait

I WOULD just like to say I am thrilled at the news of an HMV in Worthing. I have walked past the empty shop many a time and hoped for a decent music shop again.
I wonder, though, why this has not happened sooner? I am 30 years old and love my music and films and there seems to be no recognition of the young people who live here and until now, nothing shop-wise that catered to their needs.

I cannot wait to
be a proud Worthing resident who shops locally for new music and media.

Well done Worthing, it's about time we were on the map for something positive for the young and older alike.

What next, a modern venue for famous bands to play? The Pavilion is an ideal place to have live, famous bands.

Please let the young have something to look forward to, as well as old fashioned (no disrespect) music shows for the older generation to enjoy.
There is a huge population of young people who enjoy music, especially live music, and Brighton is the nearest place to see these bands.

Surely it is about time we had something to shout about and be proud of for up-and- coming generations?

Yours happily and hopefully.

T Solley
Worthing
