I WORK in Somerfield and our loading bay is in Ann Street.
I start at 6am and have various deliveries so I thought that by parking in the bay I would be safe till 9am.

I then went to move my car to find a ticket but no warden to talk to because I had been booked before the 9am deadline.

I challenged the ticket at the parking offices in Chapel Street who told me that it was a suspended bay, but I had not seen any signs to say it was.
