CAN someone explain to me why a car was allowed to illegally park on the corner of Bath Place and Montague Street on Saturday morning for five hours, obstructing the way for two Woolworths lorries to get through to make their deliveries?
The owner eventually appeared, got in his car and sped away without so much as a slapped wrist.
I was wondering why he was not given a parking ticket.
If you so much as dare to pause in Montague Place to let a seagull cross the road, NCP will
immediately slap a ticket on your windscreen.
