Since when has it been a terrorist offence to take these photographs?

The police are accountable to the public, and the public have the right to take photographs.

Hiding the police behind the terrorist threat is exactly why the 42-day locking up without charge should never be allowed.

It shows how the police misuse whatever law is available for their own ends.
