THE COUNCIL recently asked the public to report potholes.
I just wonder which year they are referring to as most of the potholes in Worthing are from the previous winter, 2008/2009.

The situation is now getting serious, with people swerving to miss the potholes, which will eventually lead to a serious ac
cident.

The report in the Herald (Febraury 25) said they were repairing some 500 potholes a day (where are they?).

What I cannot understand is why the holes they have to repair is made five-times bigger, with four-men watching, one doing the work, plus one-supervising.

Let the paper get the Council to justify these claims (lies?) made by their very expensive "communications" division aka spin doctors:(

So what ? The money has been allocated from county and government for repairs.

This is probably due to one of our MPs who spoke up on behalf of people like the author of this article.

Think you're being a bit OTT Toomy, everywhere else in Britain has the same problem.

Sorry Herald, bit of a non story.
