I WOULD like to thank the Lancing Herald team for covering the imminent termination of Interlink Fabrications in Lancing (front page of last week's Lancing Herald).
I would just like to clarify one point which has caused myself a little concern.

All employees at Interlink did not down tools in protest – it was difficult for them to continue to work with such an upheaval going on inside the factory, and so I
gave the instruction for all of them to go into the yard just to show their concern.

They have conducted themselves in a very professional manner throughout this situation, and I am proud of them all.

Even to this present day, we are still manufacturing and delivering roofing and cladding components to our customers throughout England and Wales like we have done for 28 years.

Mark Scott
production manager of Interlink South
Commerce Way
Lancing Business Park
