I LIVE in Broadwater Way and look after my neighbour's front garden.
We are proud of having successfully grown a yellow patio arum lily.

Sadly, it is happy growing right by the wall near the pavement.

Last year, I fortunately took this photo before some selfish thief picked one of the blooms.

This year, a thief has struck again, removing the younger bloom.

This is not being caused by insects or even vandals, as the discarded bloom would be nearby.

The thief or thieves know who they are and I hope they feel plenty of guilt as they "enjoy" it.

Why could they not just enjoy it in its natural position, allowing everyone else to also enjoy it?

But then selfish people don't think that way.
