BROADWATER Cricket Club completed the Sussex Invitation League double on both days of the weekend when they defeated Horsham Trinity twice.
The title became theirs outright for the first time when home team Trinity chose to bat, lost six wickets for seven runs, and were bowled out for 93.

Slow-medium swing bowler Paul O'Sullivan had a spell of taking five wickets while conceding not
a run from the bat. Broadwater won that by seven wickets, then, then triumphed by three wickets on Sunday Cup at Fulking after putting Trinity in to bat, dismissing them for 130 in 39 overs.

Broadwater have now swept the board. Their 2nd XI won their Invitation League championship a week earlier.
