THE GREEN MACHINE are one of a number of teams on the same number of points at the top of the Worthing Sunday League Premier Division.
Justin Charles inspired them to an 8-2 win over Brazilian Wonderkids.

Ronaldinho Wreckheads, for whom Scott Banfield starred, are only three points off the top after a 7-1 demolition of Lancing, while Boundstone Old Boys had Mark James to thank fo
r their 4-0 success over AC Dead People.

FC Rangers were the big winners in Division 1, 6-1 over YM Athletic.

Athletico Goring are only three points off the top in Division 2 after Matt Jewell sparkled in their 4-3 win over Morford.

In the Thursday League, Worthing & Heene Central Albion remain top, on goal difference with two games to go, after a 6-0 win over Graham FC.

MJ Dons are hot on their heels after a 1-0 win over Olde House. Dons meet Albion in a potential title-decider in the final game of the season.

Elsewhere, The Rookies beat Shoreham Panthers 7-3, and CS defeated Albion United 7-4.
