ANGMERING Old Boys moved further ahead at the top of the Premier League. Their latest win, 1-0 over FC Dellboys, and nearest challengers Preston Blades Seniors' dropped points in a 1-1 draw with Fulsea United meant Old Boys' lead extend to five points.
In the pick of the results in the other games, CSKA Worthing eased out strugglers Goal-Den Boys 2-0.
Division 1 has thrown up its share of strange results and this week was no different as leaders Ronaldhino Wreckheads crashed 4-1 to MJ Dons. Indeed, that goal-filled game was indicative of results elsewhere because two teams smashed five goals.
Heene & Central Albion cruised 5-3 against basement boys Disunited but Sussex County Windows eased their relegation fears slightly with a 5-2 victory against mid-table Durrington United, while second placed Team Elite enjoyed a routine 4-0 success against Pathetic Athletic.
Division 2 leaders Chopzz carried on their tasty form, but were made to work hard before defeating The Firm FC.
The Busby Babes might not have produced the sort of form of their namesakes but still had no trouble in putting Jiminez United to the sword 4-0, while Liquid Lounge were fluid throughout their 2-0 victory against DP County.
In Division 3, the plaudits went to Disco Rebels, who shimmied their way to an 8-0 crushing of struggling Guild Care FC and moved into mid table.
Leaders Boundstone Old Boys won again, easing their way to past The Green Machine 2-0, while Watchya Talkin About Willis and Smudgeykinz Town stroked in all kinds of different goals in their 3-3 draw.
In Division 4, Windows United are looking dangerous and moved up to third after turning over Inter Mi Nan 4-1.
Inter stay just above the bottom two despite the loss, with Athletico Worthing rooted to the bottom after losing 2-1 to No Prawn Sandwiches, who gained their first points of the season in the victory.
At the other end of the table, Worthing AFC extended their winning streak to four games in beating West Durrington.
