SIX Worthing people, who are serving combined sentences of over 30 years for drug supply and possession, have been stripped of their criminal assets.
Ring leader Jordon Moore, of Cotswold Road, Worthing, his two brothers Lewis and Anthony, his mother Maxine and his girlfriend Carrie-Anne McGee made more than £1million from their criminal actitivies.
On Friday (March 5) Sussex Police attended a Proceeds of Crime Act (POCA) hearing at Hove Crown Court to apply for the drug gang's remaining assets to be confiscated.
The ring leader of the drugs enterprise, Jordon Moore, 28, was assessed to have benefited to the tune of £674,624 from his criminal activities and under the act had remaining assets to the value of £7,120 confiscated.
His younger brother, Lewis Moore, 25, of Cheviott Road, Worthing, benefited from £122,261 and had assets to the value of £5,000 confiscated.
The eldest brother, Anthony Moore, 30, of Harefield Avenue, Worthing, benefited from £53,900 and had assets to the value of £4,501 confiscated.
The brothers' mother, Maxine Moore, 56, of Cheviott Road, Worthing, benefited from £19,461 and had assets to the value of £6,500 confiscated.
Carrie-Anne McGee, 26, of Cotswold Road, Worthing, who was Jordon Moore's girlfriend, benefited from £259,624 and had assets to the value of £8,000 confiscated.
Rachelle Morgan, 41, of St Richards Close, Goring, benefited £9,690 and had assets to the value of £1,090 confiscated.
All six of the gang members were given prison sentences after a trail last year.
