ONE lucky lottery player in Worthing could be in possession of a jackpot-winning ticket worth more than £3million.
The ticket was bought in the Worthing area by someone who matched all six numbers in the Lotto draw on Saturday, October 31 – Hallowe'en night.
National Lottery organisers are urging people to check and double-check their old tickets.
The lucky numbers on the night were 12, 18, 26, 35, 40 and 44, with the top prize standing at a cool £3,204,588.
Anyone who believes they have the winning ticket for the Hallowe'en night draw should call the special National Lottery Line: 0845 910 0000.
The lucky ticket-holder has until 5.30pm on Thursday, April 29, next year to make their claim.
If no-one comes forward with the winning ticket before the deadline, the prize-money, plus all the interest it has generated, will go to the lottery's good causes fund.
