ART EXHIBITION: Helen Higgins St Barnabas House finds at Worthing Museum and Art Gallery

AN ARTIST and printmaker has been digging into Worthing Museum’s archaeological collection to unearth finds found during the excavation of the new St Barnabas House hospice site, in Titnore Lane, in 2008.

Helen Higgins has interpreted the interesting finds through a series of prints and mixed media works, which will be exhibited in the Studio Gallery at Worthing Museum and Art Gallery, in Chapel Road, alongside a number of the original treasures.

The exhibition also showcases Helen’s work in collaboration with other museum collections and art galleries, since she graduated in fine art in 2007.

All of Helen’s prints are for sale.

The exhibition runs from Saturday until May 7.
