That is until one day he bumps into Holly, who he knew at school, and he becomes obsessed with her.

The obsession becomes so great, though, he plans to keep her safe and sound, like a pet.

But who is the keeper and who is the captive?

This haunting psychological thriller at the outset may seem very straightforward, but has plenty of twists and turns and shocks to hold your attention.

Dominic Monaghan (Seth) has come a long way since BBC TV’s Hetty Wainthropp Investigates, via Lord of the Rings and Lost.

He is particularly good in this film, bringing out the character’s dark and sensitive sides.

Ksenia Solo (Holly) arrives to this movie mostly via a variety of TV roles and smaller film roles.

However, she lines up alongside Monaghan really well, leading us on some dark paths as we discover what she’s really like.

This is definitely a film you need to stick with as the plot takes you on a trip that leads to a frightening conclusion.
