Fund-raising ‘wag-athon’ for WADARS

DOG-OWNERS are being encouraged to take their pets along to a charity wag-athon.

The WADARS and Grove Lodge wag-athon walk is being held on Sunday, May 13, from 11am.

The walk starts from the Highdown Hill car park and will go across the Downs to The Spotted Cow Pub in Angmering.

After a rest, those taking part will make the return journey.

Maps will be provided and doggy bags and treats will be given to all those taking part.

Every dog finishing the wag-athon will get a WADARS dog tag.

Entry is £5 on the day and dog owners are asked to raise sponsorship for WADARS.

Sponsor forms are available from any Grove Lodge veterinary surgery or from WADARS at The Lodge, Durrington Cemetery, Findon Road, Worthing, phone 0300 30 30 999.
