MUSIC: Rock-and-roll in Lancing

A ROCK-and-roll evening is taking place in Lancing in aid of St Barnabas House hospice.

The event, on Saturday, July 9, includes music by Archie Deacon and the Bishops, a DJ and a demonstration from Brighton Jive.

During the night there will be a bar, together with a raffle and auction, where one of the items is a signed Brighton football shirt.

Fifties dress is optional but there will be a prize for the best-dressed guy and gal.

The event runs from 7.30pm until 11pm in Lancing Parish Hall, South Street.
