Summer activities at Impulse Leisure in Lancing, Shoreham and Southwick

A SIX-week holiday activity programme for children aged nought to 16 years old will launch with an Olympic-themed grand opening ceremony on Sunday, July 15.

Impulse Leisure will launch its summer programme of events at Southwick Leisure Centre on Sunday, July 15.

As well as new sessions, there will be the opportunity to win medals and prizes, including an iPod Shuffle.

Each session taking place has been allocated a country taking part in the 2012 Olympic Games.

Highlights from this year’s programme include African body drumming, P.A.S.S Soccer School, with a tour of Brighton and Hove Albion’s Amex Stadium, and a teddy bears picnic.

At Wadurs swimming pool, in Shoreham, there will be synchronised swimming and water polo.
