Wind in the Willowsblows through Brede

THE idyllic setting of the English river side will be evoked by Brede Players this weekend when they stage Wind in the Willows at the village hall.

Performances take place tonight (Friday) and Saturday at 7.30pm and there is an additional Saturday matinee at 2pm.

The play follows the amusing antics of pompous Toad and features well loved characters from the Kenneth Graham book such as Ratty and Mole.

Friday tickets are £6 adults, and £3 children and Saturday £7 adults and £3 children.

There will also be a raffle and refreshments will be served.
