New yoga classes launch in Worthing

A qualified yoga teacher has launched new classes for mixed abilities.

Gemma Lane has launched her new business Gem Yoga, and runs outdoors yoga classes in Beach House Park, Worthing for ages ten and up.

She said: “I am excited to be able to share my passion. Please do come along and try a class.”

Gemma has been practising yoga for 25 years and is passionate about bringing affordable yoga to all.

"From total beginners to intermediates and the non-flexible - all welcome. If you want to relax, destress, gain strength, mobility and flexibility, prevent injuries or improve your sport, these classes will fit your goals," she said.

Classes run: Mondays 7pm, Tuesdays 7pm, Thursday 10.30am - Nurturing Yoga class with mindfulness breathing.

Wednesdays 7pm - Men’s only sports focus class for injury prevention, strength, mobility and flexibility.

Gemma also offers outdoors 1-2-1’s for all needs, aims and goals.
