Inspired by nursery rhymes, the Yoga with Buzz sessions teach child-friendly yoga poses to improve flexibility and breathing techniques to help to manage emotions.

Busy Bees at Worthing, in Poulters Lane, has launched yoga as part of its digital learning programme, UP, which stands for Unleashing Potential, and parents can use the app to share activities with their children at home.

“Our new programme is designed to include playful, imaginative poses to help children to remain in the moment, as well as teach easy breathing activities as a technique for children to use to keep calm in when needed.

“The sessions have proven to be a big hit with the children and yoga has already become a more regular part of our nursery routine.”
