Goring level crossing failure causes traffic congestion
A level crossing failure is causing traffic delays in Goring.
The A259 to Chatsmore Crescent has been closed both ways after the rail crossing failed to lift.
Network Rail are in attendance and Southern and Thameslink train services are unaffected.
