Lynnette St-Quintin, sales and marketing director at Barratt Southern Counties, said, “Our open plan kitchen in the Radleigh show home at Meadowburne Place is a fantastic space for cooking, and so we thought it would be a great opportunity to show off some fun festive recipes in the run up to Christmas.

“We are excited to partner with Gr/eat Greek Cuisine who will be sharing several authentic Greek recipes that everyone in the family can get involved with.”

Vicky Kotsiou, Gr/eat Greek Cuisine owner and wife of Visilis, said, “Whilst the restaurant has been closed during lockdown this year, Stelios has been helping demonstrate some of our favourite recipes on social media and has proven to be quite popular so we are thrilled that he will be helping Vasilis deliver a number of Christmas recipes with the help of Barratt Homes this year. All of our recipes are authentically Greek and will be straightforward for all abilities in the kitchen.”
