Indian restaurant So India in East Preston delivered some free meals to hard-working local pharmacy staff at Kamsons.

And Worthing vehicle broker OSV is helping key workers with the delivery of vehicles across the country.

"Thanks to the strong relationships the company has built, one of the many people they contacted were able to help and OSV has been able to contribute a little towards ensuring a frontline NHS consultant surgeon isn’t without vital transport, two days earlier than originally expected."

Beach House Chiropractic in Worthing is temporarily closed, however, to continue helping local people suffering with a variety of debilitating aches, pains and disablements the team are now offering a remote TeleHealth Consultation Service to Worthing residents and during April it’s a service being offered completely free of charge.

Chiropractor and clinic owner Ali Elphick said: “Using TeleHealth Consultations, we can now reach people in the comfort of their home safely to provide the professional support they still need during the current situation. Using the new technology available to us in TeleHealth we can help talk people through their anxiety and worry, then give the right steps to stop the problem in its tracks and help improve their condition.”
