Children’s author Julia Donaldson signing her books in Steyning

Julia Donaldson, author of multi award winning children’s story The Gruffalo, was in The Steyning Bookshop this afternoon.

The famous writer, who has recently moved to Steyning, was signing copies of her new book, What the Ladybird Heard Next.

Julia, a former Children’s Laureate, is a prolific author whose stories include Monkey Puzzle, Paper Dolls, Room on the Broom, and Charlie Cook’s Favourite Book.
