The studio at The Angmering School is currently closed but ((BOUNCE)) enthusiasts were able to take part at home, by following an online workout.

Local members, in Littlehampton, Angmering and Worthing, joined thousands of others across the country to complete five of the 45-minute mini trampoline classes in one day.

Kimberlee Perry, chief executive, said: “At this time of crisis, it’s more important than ever to give our support and thanks to the NHS, its staff and volunteers for the amazing work they are doing to keep the public safe.

“Many of our ((BOUNCE)) Army work on the frontline themselves, as health workers, police officers, food and supermarket workers and other vital roles, and we’d like to show our gratitude and appreciation for their efforts in keeping the nation running.

“When I launched the business, I set out to create an empowering and supportive fitness environment. So it’s in the very ethos of ((BOUNCE)) to rally behind our own and raise money for such an important cause.

“We are blown away by the phenomenal amount raised by our ((BOUNCE)) Army in just one day and would like to thank participants, their family and friends for the generosity. To those on the frontline, we salute you.”
