In an address to the nation the Prime Minister set out a four step plan to return life to normal over the next few months after almost a year of draconian restrictions introduced to stop the spread of coronavirus.

And now people in Horsham have had their say on the plan.

Vikki Shelley said she was ‘relieved and grateful’ that children will get some sort of normality.

Daniel Sheldrake added: “As much as I want everything to just open up we [have] now got a glimmer of hope of some form of normality by mid spring. “

Lucy Browning said it is good the plan has several stages. She added: “I think it’s a safer option.”

Jess Snashfold said: “Seems reasonable and a good plan of action, fingers crossed it all goes to plan.”

And Laura Dixon added: “It seems like a sensible plan. Can’t wait for schools to go back, so my daughter has routine and a bit of normality back.”
