Worthing coronavirus cases plummet: Here are the neighbourhoods where infections are falling fastest

Coronavirus cases in Worthing have fallen drastically since the third national lockdown was introduced.

According to Public Health England, figures show that for the week ending February 7, Worthing had an infection rate of 151 cases per 100,000 people.

That puts Worthing’s rate below the national average of 176, after months of being well above the nationwide figure.

Within Worthing, only one neighbourhood has seen its infection rate rise during the week ending February 6.

Here we reveal which neighbourhoods have seen the biggest decrease in case rates between January 31 and February 6.
