NOSTALGIA: Hastings Pirate Day 2010's Guinness World Record in pictures

Let's take a look back to 2010's Pirate Day, which took place on Friday, August 6.

Hastings smashed the world record, at the time, for having the most pirates in one place. The previous record was recorded in Germany on July 4 2010, where 1,800 pirates assembled. Hastings' number of pirates on the day was 6,166, which was a great achievement. See also Coronavirus: Hastings Pirate Day 2020 is cancelled.
