POLICE are seeking a 5ft tall man after a kids’ bike and a couple of mobile phones were taken from a Worthing home.
In the early hours of Saturday, July 21, a home in Salisbury Road, Worthing, was burgled and along with two mobile phones, one a Blackberry and the other an Orange phone, a child’s bike was taken.
A man was disturbed in the house at about 5.30am, and made off.
Detective Constable Laura Sinden said: “Did you see a man about 5ft tall, perhaps riding a child’s bike in Worthing around 5am to 6am that morning? Has anyone tried to sell you a black Dawes 18-speed bike? If you can help, please call us on 101 quoting serial 922 of 21/07 or call the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
