The showcase, which was held at Worthing Leisure Centre, encouraged participants to try out any of the 28 classes available to trial. There were a number of high-intensity exercise classes, as well as a number of freestyle classes.

Lisa Smith, fitness co-ordinator at Worthing Leisure Centre, said: “This is a really fun day to host, but takes a lot of preparation to get right on the day.

“I really want to thank the instructors for their hard work and dedication in the build up to the Fiesta, as without that the day wouldn’t have been a success.

“Instead, our customers and visitors are really benefiting from the fruits of their labour.”

The event ended with a Rave Aerobics session - the room was set in darkness, with a sea of neon glowsticks moving in time to the music.

One customer commented: “Well done to all FIT4 instructors and the staff who organised the event; it was a privilege to be part of it.”

Another said: “It was amazing! Loved it!
