A mother's grief

GRIEVING mother Gaynor Bryant, paid tribute to her "beautiful" Katherine in poem form just hours after her body was identified

Mrs Bryant, of Welland Road, Durrington, wrote in tribute to her 23-year-old daughter:

My beautiful Katherine!

Each and every passing

day

you fill my thoughts and

prayers

you couldn't know the

empty void

you left the day you disappeared

I miss your sunny smile

your bubbly face aglow

but deep down the pain

you bore

trying hard not to let it

show

I know how you suffered

my love

but now you are at peace

Jehovah will awaken you

from your torment a

release

Your sweet memories

surround me

they seem to fill the air

you took the biggest part

of me

it seems too much to bear

I draw comfort from God's

word

he will ease the pain

I long for the day Jehovah

says

"Dead loved ones will rise

again."

From your everloving Mum

See you in paradise!

After the poem, issued to the press through the police yesterday, Mrs Bryant added:

"You are so loved and greatly missed by all of us, darling. Your sisters Olivia and Abigail and the sunshine of your life, Luke.
