The A27 and some surrounding roads have been closed after a collision between a lorry and several vehicles near Shoreham Airport.

Crews from West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service and the ambulance service are on the scene, supported by Sussex Police.
A tweet from the fire service advised motorists to stay away from the area as traffic is building up near the entrance to the airport.

Hide AdSussex Roads Police confirmed the carriageway has been closed westbound between Lancing and Portslade, as well as ‘multiple’ other road closures.
The incident is believed to have occurred just before 1pm this afternoon (December 23).
