Angmering pupils stride into school with pride
Youngsters from St Margaret’s CE Primary School, in Arundel Road, urged their mums and dads to join them on a ‘walking school bus’ as part of Walk to School Week, which ended on Friday.
Dozens of children, accompanied by their parents, joined in the fun as part of the campaign.

On Wednesday, as the children walked to school, they were greeted by the sound of the Horsham Boom Tribe drumming band, with some pupils taking the chance to dance into class.
The younger pupils were led by St Margaret’s year-six monitors.
To round off the event, pupils celebrated their May Day dance (see pages 36 and 69).

For the past four weeks, St Margaret’s has been running its own walking bus.
