Appeal after Long Furlong head-on collision

Police are appealing for witnesses after a collision between a red Peugeot 206 and a white VW Transporter on A280 Long Furlong, Findon, on Saturday (May 10).

The head-on collision happened at 9.50am, in which the Peugeot driver, a 31-year-old woman from Horsham, suffered leg and neck injuries and the driver of the VW, a man aged 57 from Rustington, suffered a shoulder injury.

Both were taken to Worthing Hospital.

The road was closed for two hours while the collision was dealt with. Anyone who saw the incident should call 101 or email [email protected] quoting serial 0388 of 10/05.
