Beach litter used to create art in Worthing

A COMMUNITY artist who turns recyclable rubbish into works of art, made a three-dimensional fish out of cans on Saturday to help educate people taking part in the Worthing beach clean.

Jules Simmons, who also runs drop-in pub art classes, said she decided to use tin beer cans to make the fish as they were often the most common material found.

She said: “We collect materials together, we look at what the problem is and then we will make a piece of artwork to raise awareness.”
